- While the JANGLI JL-250III softgel capsule machine retains the same die roller size as the conventional JL-250II model, it delivers nearly double the productivity. This enhanced performance is achieved within a compact footprint, saving valuable floor space.
- Key parameters—such as the medicine pump filling volume, injection timing, and die roller alignment—can be easily adjusted in real time via the PLC touch screen. This user-friendly control system simplifies operation and helps minimize raw material waste.
- The JL-250 softgel manufacturing machine is widely used for large-scale production of both animal-based gelatin softgels and plant-based capsules, such as those made from tapioca starch or carrageenan.
