Fully compliant with GMP standards, it operates on a single-phase 220V power supply and is ideally suited for product development and process optimization in laboratories and pharmaceutical research institutes.
- Featuring a standard die roller size of Ø64 mm × 75 mm, the machine can also be customized to accommodate larger molds—up to 115 mm × 125 mm—to meet specific client requirements.

The JL-75 softgel machine is a miniaturized softgel production line specifically designed for laboratory use, R&D projects in large enterprises, and small-batch manufacturing for compact softgel companies. It delivers exceptional cost-effectiveness without compromising performance.
Built with the same structural principles as industrial-scale softgel equipment, this compact softgel machine ensures reliability and consistency in every run. It features a standalone cantilever touchscreen for intuitive operation and is engineered with high precision and superior craftsmanship. The resulting softgels exhibit smooth, strong seams and uniform quality.
Two mold sizes are available to suit varying production needs. The 115×125 mm mold, in particular, offers an output of approximately 20,000 softgels per hour—making this softgel encapsulation system fully suitable for small-scale production.

- Integrated Conveying & Drying:A softgel conveyor belt allows capsules to be visually inspected before being blown into the drying tumble dryer via an air jet system, improving yield and operator control.
- Efficient Film Cooling:The gelatin ribbon rollers are equipped with a water-cooling system for enhanced gelatin solidification and production stability.
- Flexible Drying Options:The machine comes with one compact drying tumbler for initial capsule shaping. Additional tumblers can be added to achieve complete in-line drying based on customer requirements.
- This versatile softgel machine also supports R&D trials and production of plant-based softgels, as well as the formation of various shapes—including round, oval, oblong, suppository, and more—for both animal and vegetarian softgel capsules.
Customization is available to meet specific operational or experimental needs.
