Working Principle

As the products uniformly transfer from the tray to the rotating rollers, they continuously tumble while moving laterally in front of the operator. This motion allows for easy and accurate identification of defective items.

1. A foot pedal switch allows the operator to stop the conveyor at any time without interrupting the tumbling motion, ensuring an uninterrupted inspection process. An adjustable mirror is equipped to enable the operator to inspect the otherwise hidden side of products, ensuring a full 360° The machine utilizes a Venturi jet vacuum system, eliminating the need for an external vacuum pump. Its optimized, dead-angle-free design guarantees all-around product inspection. The roller rotation speed can be adjusted independently, unaffected by the overall inspection speed, offering ideal flexibility for varying customer requirements.
