JL-150III Softgel Manufacturing Machine
The JL-150III softgel manufacturing machine integrates multiple advanced technologies to ensure precision, efficiency, and ease of operation through its highly automated design. At its core is a comprehensive PLC touchscreen control system, which serves as the intelligent central hub of the entire equipment. This full-color interactive interface not only displays all operational parameters in real time but also allows operators to easily configure settings and control start/stop functions, achieving intuitive and centralized human-machine interaction.
For key operational components, the machine adopts a precision independent servo drive system. The medicine filling pump is driven by a dedicated servo motor and electronically synchronized with the die rollers, enabling automatic and precise adjustment of injection timing and die roller alignment through the touchscreen, as well as in-process precision control of filling volume. The die roller housing is driven by two separate servo motors, each controlling one die roller shaft. This design not only improves motion accuracy and speed but also eliminates the need for traditional gear drives, thereby avoiding lubrication requirements and maintaining a clean production environment.
The gelatin handling system also reflects meticulous engineering. The gelatin spreader box is constructed from copper for optimal thermal conductivity and is equipped with liquid level sensors and pinch valves to automatically maintain gelatin supply. The medium-sized casting drum, made of SS316 stainless steel with a smooth surface, utilizes a multi-stage cooling system that includes external air conditioning, antifreeze fluid, and a built-in cooling fan to ensure consistent and reliable cooling performance. Its rotation speed can also be adjusted directly via the touchscreen.
The subsequent capsule handling processes are also carefully optimized. The micro-lubrication oil roller features an innovative TT material and porous structure design to ensure even oil seepage, while matched electronic metering pumps allow precise control of oil supply. The capsule stripping device offers both standard nylon brushes and optional silicone rollers to suit different needs. The speed of the mangle roller can be flexibly adjusted according to gelatin ribbon tension. Additionally, the bi-directional conveyor belt not only transports finished capsules to drying equipment but also efficiently collects test capsules at the start of production, reducing material waste.
