Precision Temperature and Gelatin Management
Moving beyond conventional heating rods, our Segment Water Circulation Heating Method ensures uniform thermal distribution across the die rollers, a critical factor for consistent softgel formation. Complementing this is the Automated Gelatin Thickness (AGT) System, which allows operators to input target specifications directly via the touchscreen. The AGT system automatically measures and adjusts the gelatin ribbon thickness, optimizing raw material usage and streamlining setup.

Automated Synchronization and Adjustment
The encapsulation process is enhanced by several automated features. The Die Roller Alignment is performed automatically at the touch of a button, eliminating the need for manual gear-based adjustments. Furthermore, the Medicine Pump utilizes an electronic gear system, achieving automatic synchronization with the main axis. This design removes the necessity for physical gear changes when switching die rollers, simplifying operation. Softgel Injection Timing can also be fine-tuned in real-time through the interface, allowing for online adjustments that save both time and labor, alongside precise control over the softgel filling volume.

Intelligent Control and Production Efficiency
Operational intelligence is built into the machine’s software, which includes a comprehensive Recipe Storage Function. This allows for the storage and instant recall of all operational parameters for different softgel products, ensuring repeatability and quick changeovers. For post-formation cooling, a dedicated Water Cooling System for the casting drum effectively prevents moisture condensation, thereby guaranteeing perfect capsule sealing.

The foundation of the machine’s reliability is its high-precision main axis. Manufactured using Swiss imported boring machines, these axes achieve international first-class standards for circular runout and parallelism. A Micro-Lubrication System applies a minimal, precise amount of oil to the gelatin film, resulting in softgels with negligible surface residue and reducing downstream cleaning requirements.
