The JANGLI Softgel Drying Tray is a critical component in the post-encapsulation phase of soft capsule manufacturing. After capsules are formed by a softgel encapsulation machine, they contain a significant amount of residual moisture and require controlled drying to achieve final stability, shape, and shelf life. Our trays are specifically designed for this final drying stage, following initial pre-drying(tumble dryer). They work in seamless harmony with your softgel  machine output, providing a reliable and efficient medium to handle, organize, and dry large volumes of capsules before packaging.

Design & Construction

• Premium Material:Constructed from 100% food-grade Polypropylene (PP) that is FDA-approved, ensuring absolute safety and compliance for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food product contact. The material is inert, non-toxic, and easy to clean.
• Engineered for Optimal Airflow: Each tray is precision-molded with a grid of suitably sized holes. This design allows for consistent, multi-directional air circulation around every capsule, promoting uniform and rapid moisture removal—a crucial factor for maintaining batch consistency after leaving the softgel drying tumble dryer.

Color-Coding for Operational Excellence:JANGLI provides different capsule drying trays with different colors. This feature is invaluable for preventing cross-contamination and streamlining workflow. You can use different color trays for different products drying—for instance, assigning distinct colors to different product batches, formulations, or sizes, enhancing overall production management and GMP compliance.

High Capacity & Compatibility: Each tray offers a maximum loading of around 2000 softgel capsules, balancing high density with effective drying. For mobility, a stainless steel trolley with universal wheels and brakes is available. Each sturdy trolley can stack 30 trays, allowing for the easy and safe movement of large batches (up to ~60,000 capsules) from the drying area to the next processing station.
